HOW TO TAKE VitaminD3: Vitamin D3 50000IU capsules: one capsule once weekly for 2-months. Vitamin D3 5000IU capsules: one capsule once daily or one capsule every other day. Contraindication: Vitamin D3 should not be given to patients with Hypercalcemia.
