       Minerals, on the other hand, are inorganic elements that come from rocks, soil or water.You can get them indirectly from plant foods or animals that eat certain plants.
       Both vitamins and minerals come in two forms.Vitamins can be water-soluble, which means the body expels what it doesn’t absorb, or fat-soluble, where the remaining amount is stored in fat cells.
       Vitamin C and B complex vitamins (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12) are water-soluble.Fat-soluble vitamins are A, D, E and K.

       Minerals are classified as major minerals or trace minerals.Professionalism is not necessarily more important than marks.It just means you need more.Calcium is an example of an important mineral, while copper is a trace mineral.
       It can be challenging to follow all of the daily recommended amounts listed in federal health guidelines.Instead, it’s easier to follow this advice: Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, whole grains, dairy, and meat.
       Supplements may be useful if you are deficient in a particular nutrient, or if your doctor recommends increasing your intake of one or the other.
