AMK-A tablets is recommended for use for malaria treatment,especially for preventing malaria
caused Plasmodium falciparum that are resistant to chloroquine,also used in the treatment
of cerebral malaria and emergency treatment of critical cases.
[Dosage and duration] Artesunate is administered once daily for 3days. Sulfadoxine/pyrimethamine is
administered as a single dose on D1,with the first dose of artesunate.
